Deliveries
All orders are delivered either via Australia Post or OULIKE's nominated courier service. For signature required deliveries, if no one is home, a card will be left.
Pick-ups can be arranged by appointment however a $2.95 surcharge per order is payable to cover handling costs.
Delivery may take up to 14 business days, from receipt of payment, depending on the items you have ordered.
A notification email will be sent to your email address to confirm dispatch.
International deliveries
OULIKE is happy to deliver items overseas. Please contact us with the items you wish to purchase and the delivery address and we will provide a postage quote for you. Once you are happy with the quote, the order can be processed.
Pricing and Currency
Transactions are completed in Australian Dollars ($AUD). If you are placing an order via credit card from outside Australia, your bank will automatically convert the sale into Australian dollars when the transaction is completed.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order for some reason we will gladly exchange your item. Items will only be accepted if they are returned in the original packaging, unopened with all tags attached within 7 days. Additional delivery charges will be applied to exchange items.
Please note we do not accept returns on sale items.
Damaged items
As part of our quality control procedures, all items are checked thoroughly when packed for dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened and in the original packaging. We will then exchange your item at no extra cost.

Product Availability
OULIKE will endeavour to ensure that all products on our website are current and available. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil any items that you have ordered we will contact you to offer you the option of placing the item/s on back order or replacing the item with another product.
