Please note that there may be colour variations due to image reproduction and resolution on your monitor. We use our best efforts to accurately colour match these images. Please use these product images as a guide only.
Online purchases
Placing an order is deemed and constitutes an offer by you to purchase the quantity of goods or services at the price specified on this website including all delivery and other charges. We reserve the right to cancel any order, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, price or product error or an error in your order. All prices on the OULIKE website are current at the time of issue and include GST.
Delivery
Delivery may take up to 14 working days, from receipt of payment, depending on the items you have ordered, however, delays could be experienced by circumstances beyond our control.
OULIKE will endeavour to ensure that all products on our website are current and available. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil any items that you have ordered we will contact you to offer you the option of placing the item/s on back order or replacing the item with another product.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order for some reason we will gladly exchange your item. Items will only be accepted if they are returned in the original packaging, unopened with all tags attached within 7 days. Additional delivery charges will be applied to exchange items. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items and personalised canvases as artwork is customised to order.
As part of our quality control procedures, all items are checked thoroughly when packed for dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened and in the original packaging. We will then exchange your item at no extra charge.
